This cakes two bottom tiers were french vanilla cake with cream cheese buttercream. Top two tiers were carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream.
The bride preferred round cakes, and the groom preferred square cakes; so we compromised with two of each shape! Moss green ribbons to match the brides wedding colors, and lovely brooches in shades of green to adorn the center of the bows.

Holy Birthday Cake, Batman!!! This was a fun cake to make! I made the buildings, bats, and figurines out of gumpaste!

As a little girl, I always loved pretending that I was a princess in a beautiful castle. When requested to make a castle cake for a young girl turning 6, I was elated! Pinks, purples, sparkles, everything girlie, and of course, "everything chocolate" was the request... Such a fun cake to make for such a darling little girl!

This is a cake that I made just for fun. I had a lot of cake batter left after a cake tasting this weekend, so I decided to put it to good use. Top two tiers are french vanilla cake with cream cheese filling, and the bottom tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese filling!
